BUT... if you do (and part it out), I want to talk to you about those seats.
Still, though, I would rather see you keep the ride then get parts from your misfortune.
Its one thing if it is parts from an "upgrade sale" (ala George) or from a wreck (ala Tenblade) but entirely another from a forced sale.

There is enough information and personel around here (at least I think so) to justify the expense. I just need to explain that to my boss.
