We got some blackout curtains for the bedroom. They helped in allowing us to sleep in significantly later. Usually we are up by 7 on the weekends, but we slept until like 9 or 9:30 this weekend. Therefore I have more energy than I usually do.

I have blackout shades (the accordion looking ones) in the bedroom and they are super helpful for migraines.

Bobbie and I have kept our bedroom like a cave for years with those things. I have gotten to where I need them to sleep at all. This time of year especially. Hard to go to bed at 7:30 PM without them.
