For whatever reason, the East Coast grind is getting to me again. Gotta say, that one is actually kind of tempting. A little too soon, though. Need to make my millions first.

I've been reading western mystery novels again as well as reminiscing on the road trip that Bobbie and I took last year. Been making me think about bagging it all and moving to a log cabin somewhere in the high desert.

Probably a really dumb idea because I do not think I would last even the first winter let alone survive in the middle of nowhere virtually on my own. There is a reason that population density is Wyoming is only 6 people per square mile.

Wyoming is nice though. But, yeah, you're going to freeze to death in the winter. It just goes with the territory.

I am not so sure I would go so far as to say "nice," but... Yea... Other than the countless hours of driving through Nowheresville getting from point A to point B, I have enjoyed my time in Wyoming.

No way, dude. I don't want to spend my golden years dealing with Chinese tourists.

My plan is to sell my crappy house in Harpers Ferry and get a fancy townhouse somewhere in Loudoun or Fairfax that will appreciate fast enough that I can sell it before too long and make twice what I paid for it. Then take that money and buy a few dozen acres and a log cabin somewhere far, far away.

When I get there, I'll sit on the porch and bitch about the new fangled technology I can't keep up with anymore.
