Looks like my domain account for work got dropped out of an uber-critical security group - can't log in if it isn't in that group. Tech tried all sorts of "tricks" before he figured out what the issue was. Now my accounts are seven shades of severely eff'd as a result.
*sigh*
This is going to take hours to get sorted.

Honestly, though, it is the system. Security groups nested in nested security groups and accounts for one domain aliased to an account on a second. It is a nightmare... You change your password in one place and the whole house of cards comes down. Plus the single sign-on software that we use to allow Linux accounts access to the Windows domain is funky as all hell.
