actually, something that has been good for me in the mornings is the Monster Rehab drinks. tea + lemonade + "energy". not sure what the energy is... but its non carbonated and only 10 calories (well... 20... two servings in a can). not too much sugar (3 grams) a good amount of sodium, but i'm okay witht hat right now.... 110 mg
