Ya that is depressing, but I usually don't drink more than a few at a time these days. Smart man eating salads for lunch. I haven't gotten there yet but I think I need to do that as well so I can shed a few lbs. I gave up breakfast years ago which has helped, but getting old and being less active is certainly taking its toll.

I drink a beer every day but very rarely more than one since the beer I usually drink is on the 200 to 300 calorie end of that scale.

beer i drink could be in that 300-500 calorie scale haha!!! lots of stouts and porters lately from micro brews.

The cabin Liz and I stayed in Fontana was besieged by ants. It was like a double wide trailer, pieced together with adhesive and ants.
