It's an extremely well reviewed food, but despite introducing our dog to it slowly over a couple of bags, she never really got used to it. I'd still recommend giving it a try. Ingredient-wise it's great. My parent's dog did well on it.

Liz and I actually feed our dogs well. Nutro something or another. She cares about it more than I do--I mean the dogs partake in coprophagia, how bad can their food be?
In any event, it is not uncommon for us to drop a Franklin at Petsmart to resupply dog food. We do this about every two weeks.

i pay about $55 per bag.
i was thinking about switching to a RAW diet, but don't have the time for it. it would end up being about $5 per meal though, which would get really expensive.

Yea my dogs were already eating the good stuff (Eagle pack holistic blah blah $50 per bag) but they keep changing their recipes and one of my dogs has starting having major skin issues so its time to try a change.
