Unexpectedly nice weather today, so I took the motorcycle for a lunchtime delivery (donating 30lb of food that doesn't agree with my dog's digestive system)

aw man, did you just donate some taste of the wild? We are switching my dogs food right now and was thinking about trying that.

Yeah, a full $45 bag of it

It's an extremely well reviewed food, but despite introducing our dog to it slowly over a couple of bags, she never really got used to it. I'd still recommend giving it a try. Ingredient-wise it's great. My parent's dog did well on it.

Yep, it's ~$1.50/lb.

That's about twice the price of something like purina one, but it's made with better stuff. It still only costs like $1/day to feed the dog at those prices. Not too bad.

We feed our cats Blue Buffalo stuff for the same reason. That stuff is about $1.50 a can... 3x the price of Friskies. I think it is worth it, though. Makes their coats softer and whatnot.
