I knew it was coming, but still. Right now I am not sure I can keep my doctor. And premium costs alone went up $ 1750.00 a year. My company is paying 75%. so their costs went way up.

I was rolling through Leesburg on my way home last night and noticed a new development project. Looks like Victory Brewing is putting up a new brew pub. According to their website, it should be open sometime in early 2016.
A little early to start planning a Happy Hour but I'll keep my eye on it and let y'all know when it is up and running.

The reality is I don't think Obamacare helps Shaniqua or someone else get insurance. The higher costs are likely to offset the costs of making everyone "insurable" and not denying anyone coverage on pre-existing conditions. That was the ONLY good thing in Obamacare in my book, but to appease insurance companies/etc he just cost shifted those folks onto everyone else, rather than trying to actually reduce overall costs.
I think the ACA can stand behind its name of the ACA solely for the reason that it made coverage attainable/"affordable" for those that couldn't previously obtain coverage, so it went from infinity -> high, which you could argue makes it "affordable."

If they serve the smaller release stuff that's available at the Downington brewery/brewpub that'll be a great place. Victory's Downington location is killer.
