Yep, thats pretty much how it went, except I even tried getting up to point blank range.

I played some last night. I'm definitely getting good at the game. But it's true, there are some tanks with such heavy armor that even if the reticle is red it bounces off.

And other important news.. DC legalized marijuana..

I expect VA to be one of the last states to decriminalize or specifically legalize it. Philip Morris and big tobacco don't want to compete with marijuana.

So can you visit DC and buy some designer weed in store now? Not that I would attempt that or be able to function after smoking some. Its been a very long time,

You can't actually buy it in DC. Just grow your own and/or give it away. Plus it could be vetoed by congress still.
