I'd use my car.
Do what pays the bills, but I'm not a fan of using your own car.
Respond to the ad and see what they tell you.

I did. Nothing yet. Knowing my luck, I'll wake up tomorrow with no car & my credit will be hacked.

I got to be honest... I am suspect of ANYTHING on Craigslist. If it was a real gig that had real funding, they wouldn't use a free site to post their jobs. With that said, it could be a good fit for you. Jobs like that are what you make of them.

I had an interview with a company who posted in Craigslist. I am suspicious though, yeah. Aside from that - the classifieds in a paper no longer exist. It's the internet or nothing. Even Home Depot is hiring... online.

Oh, yea... CareerBuilder replaced the classified section of your local paper. That site has pretty much turned into a noise generator, IMHO. I got like a bagillion e-mails from Tax service companies offering me the "opportunity" to start up a franchises last time I posted a resume on there.

You may have already thought of this and already ruled it out but have you setup a LinkedIn profile? It is a tool that a lot of HR types reach for when they need to fill a position. May be the office type jerb you aren't looking for, though.
