I want the 1st Zeke Clone for my personal home fixer upper person. I will love him & pet him & call him Zeke2.
Actually the wife has lost faith in Zeke somehow. We are paying a contractor for this one.

I think the wife is just smart.

I've built her some good stuff. I just don't mess with plumbing. Need more experience to tackle that one. Plus it's smelly.

I'll tackle a plumbing job or an electrical fix. Even do some carpentry. Just not all three at once. That is just crazy talk.

Plus permits.

Plus inspections. Plus finishes. Plus .

Eff all that nonsense. Let the pros do it.

In order to do this addition I would need to have a footer inspection, foundation inspection, framing inspection, electrical inspection, hvac inspection, and final (U&O) inspection.

I would need to have master tradesman to sign off on the work.

Plus materials.

And time.

And you can see how we justified getting this work done for us.

Lease a Prius. You'll be driving in traffic all day, and you can write the payments off as a business expense.
