I want the 1st Zeke Clone for my personal home fixer upper person. I will love him & pet him & call him Zeke2.
Actually the wife has lost faith in Zeke somehow. We are paying a contractor for this one.

I think the wife is just smart.

I've built her some good stuff. I just don't mess with plumbing. Need more experience to tackle that one. Plus it's smelly.

Well, it has begun. Addition to the house will be started around Dec 1.
I had forgotten about that, what are you doing again?
Making bigger dining room/sitting area. 144sqft. Not too big, not too expensive.

Oh so expanding out into the deck area?
Yup. Deck is gone, so house will go there. Liz and I are going back and forth between doing a new deck or a patio in the backyard. Patios are more permanent, but cost a bit more on the front end.
Patios are also less upkeep also and if you go with pavers, i'm sure your friends will help you out

Antares launching out of Wallops exploded about 6 seconds after lift-off. It was an unmanned cargo mission, and no one on the ground was injured.

That's about how storm surge in a hurricane works, except that it is also raining in torrents and the winds will knock you down. Grandpa is a goner.

So... Alex... What's the good word? You know we are all dying to ask....

I don't have any good news. I've had a whopping 2 interviews. I'll be heading out to yet another temp agency here in a bit...

Any feedback from the interviews?

I'll tackle a plumbing job or an electrical fix. Even do some carpentry. Just not all three at once. That is just crazy talk.
