All diet. Broke up my lunch so that I eat part of it around noon but save some until about an hour or so before I plan on going home. That way I am not tempted by the golden arches drive through. Bobbie's cooking also really helps. She keeps it very lean and we don't eat out all that much anymore.

Other than a beer most nights and pizza on Friday's, I eat really lean. That is my only secret.
