Yup. Deck is gone, so house will go there. Liz and I are going back and forth between doing a new deck or a patio in the backyard. Patios are more permanent, but cost a bit more on the front end.

Well... Humph. Keep at it. You will find something eventually. It took me six months to find my new jerb - granted I had time on my side but still... I cannot imagine what it would be but let me know if there is anything I can do.
