What working nights? I mean I am a night person. still though - that is kinda sucky, but man, I made my bed when I left my last job. This is an opportunity to try something new AND they're close - so close that the commute alone will be so easy that we may not have to make any lifestyle changes, i.e. cancel cable TV again, sell one of our cars & get a "beater" etc.

Nutz. Had to be a product I am not familiar with.

TSM is, I believe, Tivioli Storage Manager. It is an IBM product and competitor to to Symantec NetBackup (the system I know). Still, they all work pretty much the same.

All IT shops are willing to train for the hard to fill positions. This definitely counts. I've worked with people who know less about infrastructure support than you do, Alex. Seriously.... I wouldn't worry too much about that. This sounds to me like an awesome foot-in-the-door type position. It will probably suck but it will definitely lead to something much better.

Good luck... Read up on Tivoli and PLEASE get back to me if you have ANY questions. If you can show you know something when you go in the door, it will go a very, very long way.
