We *might* could break even and will sell it if we can. But, will likely try to rent it out.
When I was talking to my mortgage guy while doing my refi he was saying, now if you want to have a rental property and buy a another place you either need to have a renter in the place already or have the cash for 6 months of rent and mortgage payments or something crazy like that.
