Honestly, I don't know. I wanted something that I can ride to and from work yet be able to take to the track and handle the back roads nicely. I've been eying the 2012 fz6r in white. But I see a lot of SS bikes that much much cheaper that I could take to the track and explore it's, and my capabilities and really learn. Price wise, a good used SS bike would be the choice. I'd hate to go down on a new bike, even if its a sports touring like the fz6r. So i'm kinda stuck on that decision.

I like the cbr600, gsxr600 but not so much the R6. I sat on all three, rode the r6, and found the seat is way higher on the r6 and really aggressive. However, I found handle bar risers for all three and definitely would put a set on the R6 to help offset the high seating.
