You are right, it was Crime ridden well before

A good friend of mine lives in a area close to the mall, I have been going up there since the late 80's, the Mall was real nice when it opened. I think it's been the last 5-6 years its gone downhill.

Hey, Aaron, going 295 S into VA during rush hour, do you take 495 the first time it intersects 295 and take that around to the Wilson Bridge, or is it faster to follow 295 all the way to the bridge?
