Zeke - Sorry I couldn't make it to the BBQ, been very busy with work.
Others - Bree is loving the STi, we did that red GTi pinstripe on the grill it looks decent. Did the vinyl, redcutout taillights. Decided we hated it, the subsequently removed it.
Yesterday night wired up the AVIC-x930bt for the STi, which is a pain to do because you need to solder 4 harnesses together to do the steering wheel controls, parking brake bypass etc. Also found where the VSS wire and the reverse signal wire is also. Tonight i will install in the rear view camera license plate frame. That should be fun. Before anyone asks why rear view camera, we have already piled the hatch up so high 2 times that we couldn't see out of the rear of the car. So hopefully this will help.
Also ended up getting the tint removed, the retinted at 15%
Side Note, I bought a Open Box Canon XS DSLR for 220 at staples. I've been taking pictures like a mad man, what would be a good bag for a 13" air or an ipad 2 with room for the camera and 2 lenses with other random stuff.

For bags, I <3 my Crumpler. It's huge so I'm not sure about what size you would need but check out their site. They have pics of people loading the bags up and describe pretty well what all fits.
I saw that Timbuk2 started making camera bags also but they're so fking huge. I just want a normal sized messnger bag that provided protection.

Sounds like you'll be well practiced to help me with a multimedia install at a later time.

And yes, the speakers will need to be upgraded in the same install. I already have 2 12" MB Quart subs I'd like to install. They've been in my closet for about 8 years.

Crumpler has all kinds of sizes. Great material and build. It should last forever...

I was thinking of this http://www.audiointegrations.net/08subaru.html but it's only a 10, and then I lose my trunk hatch light. I decided if I wanted to I would just get the OEM underseat sub. We bought this car to be somewhat of a hauler i'm imagining 2 12" in the hatch would make that go away pretty quickly.
