I couldn't care less about the valve stems, I sold these at a huge reduction so if he needs to replace the valves then so be it. They are being freighted to him by truck most likely.

pressure:
2.0 atmospheres (about 29 psi)
Temperature:
20 o C or 293K
molar mass of air:
about 29 (20% O2 (32) and 80 % N2 (28)
R = universal gas constant 0.082 L-atm/mol-K
PV = nRT
2.0 atm X 27 L = grams of air /28 g/mol X 0.082 L-atm/mol-K X 293K.
grams of air comes out to about 65 grams (about 2 oz. or 1/8 of a pound) per tire
