I was there for the Inspection on Wednesday, I picked the most thorough inspector. I learned a ton about the house, hvac, electrical, roofing etc.

There are a few niggles but nothing major, other than the cost of Propane!

Pellet stove?

 

Pellet stoves require power. Not good in this area, because a wood stove will keep heating when you leave and power goes out. The generator has enough to do. He will have some nice wood from a few monster oak trees that need to come down. I have a splitter, so the hard work is actually a party.
