I was there for the Inspection on Wednesday, I picked the most thorough inspector. I learned a ton about the house, hvac, electrical, roofing etc.

There are a few niggles but nothing major, other than the cost of Propane!

The wood stove will have to be used a lot.

I am working the mortgage companies now and moving towards settlement.

I am not as young as I used to be, but if you need help moving, we can get a lot on my truck & trailer with young people carrying it.
