HAW is a subforum browsed nearly exclusively at work. I don't have anyone monitoring my traffic, but many do. And some could lose their access or even job if the wrong things come up. It makes sense.

I think it was the link Chris had posted that would have been deemed suspect by da gubment or something. HAW has been bereft of anything nsfw for a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time now though so

I can't but I am not tech savy when it comes to the Matrix & all the lines of code those people see...

 

my understanding is that someone or something looks at the links and looks for keywords or what not. Not that someone is clicking every link you do or going to open every image that loads on your computer.

 

You're making a point or throwing some different knowledge at someone who really doesn't care though. I don't get monitored where I work & will respect the wishes of the C.O.

 

True. But there are multiple considerations. Traffic as total bandwidth, traffic as keywords, traffic or attempted traffic to suspect or filtered domains, what's on your screen and visible to others in your office, what's actually on your machine/in your cache if your machine is examined or serviced.

There are forums for that. Go to those subforums if it matters that much to you. Honestly, after my f-up the other day, I realized my mistake and it just makes sense to have respect for others here in this particular subforum.
