Welp. Finally came to a decision on a car last night.

Pearl white on black 2007 Lexus IS250 AWD auto.

Nice reliable, low maintenance car, 4 doors, awd and 32mpg hwy. 20k and they gave me 10k for the bmw as is. I owed 11k.

I like this car so much i may just keep it longer than a month

Say if your hot water heater is set at 115 degress and the tem in the tank is 100 degrees. Wouldnt it heat hot water?
