There is a sign one of my user's posted at their desk. It reads, "Don’t confuse commitment with interest. Interest is doing what’s convenient or comfortable. Commitment is doing what is takes to get it done." I think I've confused commitment with obsession.

I knew on Monday that it was going to be a long week. Actually, I knew last Saturday when I worked from 7 pm till 2 am on Sunday. We had A LOT to get done this week. Evan and Aaron put in some wicked long hours, too. It is what it is.

The good news is that it is over and I can't possibly do it next week. I get cut off at 120 hours for the pay period.

Meh... Probably not. There is just a lot of ish going on right now. Most of it is temporary and I'll be coasting come June. I just have to work my ass off between now and then to make it happen.

I have learned that I can function pretty good on only about 4 hours of sleep a night. That has to count for something, right?

I do it almost every night. I went to bed last night at like 1 and I've been up since about 8 when Bobbie left. I feel like I slept half the day.
