BTW Mark - I have a Toro 20076A self propelled electric start mower that kicks butt. I know Tecumseh quit making engines, but mine starts every time, NP. I threw a $350 Troy Bilt into the county metal recycling bin after 3 months. It wouldn't start, was heavy as hell and just plain sucked. My second favorite mower is my Lawn Boy, but it doesn't have the balls to handle tall, thick grass. Hopefully, Zeke can help you find a reliable mower, but I have pissed away a lot of money on mowers that were supposed to be good. I had a Sears tractor for two years, but it was stuck at the bottom of the back yard with chains on for months. Best of luck.
