unless everyone started going OMG and forwarding this to all their friends and thus rendering your cell phone useless unless texting is different. case in point - the last bad snow we had came without warning and everyone freaked out and started calling everyone so then NOBODY could get through with a cell phone - the calls overloaded the network - regardless of carrier.
