I am a doer and I need time to "do" things. Time spent sitting around talking about "doing" is a total waste. You are in sales; you need to have those meetings or your message never gets sent or received. If you don't have the opportunity to have that discussion it just never happens.
I think this is the reason I am so resistant to get into sales. I hate the fact that I would have to set my schedule like that. It really wouldn't work for my personality.
