I think that an F+ is worse than an F-.... I mean... An F+ is just like, "Welllll.... You tried and almost made it."

An F- just means that you don't give a foack and probably didn't anyways...

i believe when you get below 20% the minus gets thrown in there.

I got F's before, but I have never received a F+ or an F- just F.

well its sort like being able to get an enzo, inorder to get the special F youve needed to have atleast 2 prior to the special F.
