Nope. Haven't had the chance to. But I'll probably end up ordering a Venison roast to make bbq out of it next month. I'll probably order some Kobe beef also. I have to cook for carolyn's family. There are two birthdays and the birthday people get to have whatever they want for dinner. I decided on the Kobe beef for her dad, since he wants a good steak.

And yes, marinated venison tenderloin is delicious and with Tom's marinade would probably be more so.

I usually cook it by cutting it into medallions and battering it with sweet buttermilk, flower and eggs. SO good....

But I bet it would be awesome with Toms marinade.
