If I could get my hands on a small amount of Xbox 360s in a few days would it be wise of me to buy them and put them on eBay around Christmas time? Will the demand be that big?

You might make out pretty good doing that. I think people did that when the PS2s first came out.

Dude, they were making a ton more than that! The PS2's were being sold for $600-$800 before Christmas. My wife worked at BJ's Wholesale at the time. They were allowing their employees to buy them before they went on the shelves.
