12% is a lot.....
I agree. How would you feel if you bought your S2000 only to find out in the following days that 12% of the car had problems like overheating, misfiring, and not starting? Sure the door handles work great but jeez........

not when its from people not giving the power supply room to breath. Game systems aren't what they use to be. All of those issues were because of the power supply overheating.

I agree also that 12% is alot, but it's the misuse of it. It's like covering your exhaust. How long do you think it would run right? Or laying your computer on it's back side covering up the power supply?

i dunno it seems more of an issue that they didnt' think about cooling the system... overheating is a given thinking about the processor speed and all.....

i wouldnt' buy one now... i would wait till they have it completely settled out.. adding more fans or adding a more powerful fan or whatever it may be to keep the overheating issue from being an issue

they've said they have had issues after 15 minutes of game play... and i don't know about you guys.. but when i play games i'm usually on it for an hour or two...

it is supposedly from the power supply on the power cord. People were setting these on the carpet.

They run tests with the systems in many conditions. I just don't think that they think to put it on the carpet (even though the warning tell you not too).

But I agree with you. I'm hoping that this was the only issue that they are having. But I've already paid for one already, so I'm just waiting to get it in.

they sure did. But there are no power supplies located on the cord. Just faulty cords.
