it's true tho.. s02's in the winter make you a better driver becuase it teaches you to control the car better.... and if you can control the car perfectly on s02's in the winter.. imagine how well you'll be off in the summer time when those s02's are sticking to the pavement like glue..

Yeah, you can run ok. I ran my first winter on S02s. The thing is that people seem to be crashing their cars left and right because they are running on S02s in inappropriate conditions. I wonder how many of the recent totallings would not have happened with all-season tires.

On top of that, when it rains and it is below 40... and if sleet/snow starts falling... ugh.

Personally I would rather not run the risk of totalling my car, just for a measly .02g of dry grip.

i ran my car on s02's in the sleet/snow.... it was fun.. hahahaha.. and i'm still here... so is my car...
