Hey tom, did you get an alignment done after you put your all seasons on last year? I think i might have some espilers coming to me for Xmas, and I dont want to pay for an alignment now and then pay for another one in a month.

My alignment now is dead on....
It's best practice to get an alignment after you put on new tires. Just get the 1 year warranty. So that way it's free when you get your lowering springs.

Oh man thats a scary feeling. I remember wet roads with my old tires. depending on road conditions (and I don't mean anything out of the ordinary, just normal wet roads after a nice shower) I felt the back get reaaallly light and the car hydroplane slightly and speeds starting at like 35 mph. This one time I was going like 35 mph on 495 because the car was COMPLETELY loosing control

I also didnt feel like spending big $$$ on Summer tires, that I cant push in the cold and putting 3-4k miles on them before it warmed up, felt like a waste
Eh, good point... but I plan on not driving too much in the winter, so I think they will be spared for the most part...

nah. Just make sure you let the springs settle before you take it in. And also make sure you take it to a shop that can do lowered cars.

yeah I love freshly zainoed cars... so nice.

I put my new all seasons on last Sunday... $40 to demount, mount, and balance the whole car... Now I just need to find some scratched up ap1 wheels for the track.
