In light of yesterday's event here in the HAW, I want to take a moment to express my thoughts. Knowing what this section is, I have taken the liberty of poking fun at everyone... perhaps some more than others.
Never have my comments been meant meanly or in an ill-spirited tone, unless I made perfectly clear that I disagreed emphatically. Because I consider the majority of the community as my friends and have shared many dark and happy hours alike, I would hope that should I offend someone that the offended person would tell me to lay off or such via a phone call, PM, or e-mail. I will most certainly respect one's wishes. Please do not let something fester inside until the point where bridges may be burned.
No one wants that.
I do not have a college education. In fact, I barely graduated high school. Sometimes this weighs on me, but I deal with it. Despite the formal education, one of my dislikes about the "new age" is the lack of communication skills. Increasingly, our society has degenerated from an education standpoint. Having two children, perhaps I look at things a bit differently. I understand typos happen, and I won't even begin to talk about grammar 'cause I'm so used to typing like I talk that it's deplorable. For the record, I have never used spell check and sometimes, maybe I should.
Some folks say the internet does not have "tone."
Writers have involved bazillions of readers with their language command.

Skip, I agree with you for the most part. But I don't think you have ever HURT anyone, you may have attacked their individual ignorance or stupidity, but hell somebody has to do that. Its a law. 
I think Chad may have had way to many personal attacks about being vertically challenged, just like you have about THAT picture, and I have about MY AGE or being folicly challenged. I for one need to apologize to Chad for taking it too far. I love the guy and he knows it. I would never intentionally hurt anyone, other than MEAN peeps. I hate mean people.
