My back is still super sore from doing the valve adjustment on my S2000 last Monday. Getting old sucks.

Physics says your back should hurt. You have more mass away from your fulcrum (hips) and therefor the force enacted upon the lever (back) nearest the fulcrum is greater.

I thought having the car up on the QuickJacks would make it better. Maybe it did but not much. I am legit broken now.

If you are doing a valve adjustment does that mean the engine is all back together?

Timing cover are crank pulley are on. Oil pan is on. Head, valve guides and cams are on. Timing is set. Valve cover is on. I still have a lot of parts on the floor, though.

I think I am going to do the exhaust next so I can get that side of the motor buttoned up - vtec solenoid, wiring harness, etc. That'll leave the rest of the accessories and the intake.

I think its most, if not all, of the hard stuff? I never want to take that timing cover off again.
