There was a 5 hour detour from NJ to Utica.. Put 3K miles on.

Oh.. and we had the doggos with us, who refused to eat. Golden dog had 7 seizures in 48 hours.

Japan work trip is in September, which I'm completely unprepared for.

Seizures really suck.

As for the eating, our old dogs, we had one who would eat and one who wouldn't when traveling. The new dogs will eat the dirt off the ground if you let them.

Diet can definitely lower the threshold.. GSD's are known for not eating when you change the environment, a trait the golden dog has learned.
