I actually asked that very question and, yes, street parking will be allowed on one side of the street plus I'll have room for at least one car in my driveway most of the time.

This is a really big deal to us because it is one of the things that most pisses us off about where we currently live. I promise you I will raise all kinds of hell if that street parking turns into vehicle storage.
