I am a little worried about that.

I absolutely do NOT want a yard I have to take care of, so I am more likely to be okay with small lots than most but the close quarters of townhouse living is one of the things driving us away from our current home. I am very much hoping this is a decent balance of the two.

If we move, i'd like to be on a bit of land. 3-10 acres would be nice.

Thought about doing something like this for an investment.

The close proximity and the lack of any real personal outdoor space puts me off massively. At least where you are now has a fence. I really like fences around my backyard.

Not taking care of a yard I understand, but lawnmower people could do it for similar money you have to pay in HOA fees I'd guess.
