I am a little worried about that.
I absolutely do NOT want a yard I have to take care of, so I am more likely to be okay with small lots than most but the close quarters of townhouse living is one of the things driving us away from our current home. I am very much hoping this is a decent balance of the two.

Not taking care of a yard I understand, but lawnmower people could do it for similar money you have to pay in HOA fees I'd guess.
