The temps up here were in the mid 70's this morning when I left for work so not bad BUT it is like 95% humidity. Holy swamp-ass, Batman. It's actually hard to breath.

Decided not to f around and took the offer we got yesterday morning. He's already scheduled the inspection for today, so it goes smoothly.

Welcome to Florida.

Actually, I can drive in with the windows down most mornings. Something about that 80mph breeze that makes the humidity a little more tolerable.

So.....

For the radio I installed on the RV this weekend. The one that required to lower the steering column and took forever. Yeah, I put the microphone for the hands free and phone in the wrong port. So...this weekend I get to do it all over again. The b!tch with this radio is the the screen is sperate from the head unit--you have to screw it on then clamp it down. So testing is a bear. I took a chance, a 50-50 chance, and I lost.

Actually, it was a 25-75 chance. There are 4 ports! So you can see 3 in the picture above (the ports like the old headphone jacks) there is one directly to the right of where the USB extender goes in, and one under where all the camera leads come out. But there are two more right to the upper left of the RCA inputs.

One of the features I am not using is you can plug your Escort brand radar detector into this unit. The unit will power the radar detector and has a on screen interface to show you what's going on. Would be but the RV doesn't go fast enough to warrant a radar detector.
