The dial thing is waaaaaay worse. Especially while you are learning to use it because they aren't intuitive.

i guess i'm just special. i can use the dial and click extremely quickly in the audi, barely taking my eyes off the road. but even with full knowledge of the touch screen i need to fully look at the screen to make sure i press the correct area of the screen and take focus completely off the road. I also need to REACH for the touch screen so my driving position is also compromised. the dial in the audi is exactly where it needs to be. and its not because i'm short. i sit further away from the steering wheel because its safer and more comfortable arm position

one is supposed to familiarize themselves with the infotainment prior to ever driving the car.... technically.... shouldn't learn it while you are on the road.

In the audi, i love the dial vs the touch screen in the 2020+. I don't need to look at the screen, i know how many clicks it takes to get me somewhere and the shortcut double click

There is a short joke in there somewhere. Just cheat up on the wheel like a NASCAR driver.

With the way traffic is in Baltimore, I'm surprised you don't!

The traffic in Leesburg is almost as bad as the traffic in B-more. You have to move to Harpers Ferry to get away from the traffic.

There are 585,000 people in Baltimore and 48,000 in Leesburg so the math would suggest you are wrong.

I can see why you feel that way, though. The traffic that runs through town during rush hour is pretty crazy - all the people that live out and beyond Western Loudon come through a pretty small funnel. Hit it at the wrong time and...
