so... as a large top 200 company, one would think if you ask facilities for a blueprint-esque diagram of some rooms to get the dimensions, they would have it regularly available.


NOPE. they sent me a fire escape map and said its the best they have. so here i am, 2 degrees from hopkins in aerospace engineering... measuring rooms. if they are making me do this, then i'll take it one step further and put all 20 rooms into a CAD program. death to the establishment!!!

Got an offer this morning on our old house, a bit over asking price so I'm quite shocked. Realtor is reaching out to the other realtors to let them know we have an offer, so maybe this gets interesting. I'm happy to take the one offer and run.
