I would have them Ethernet everywhere. Wifi is fine but POE is pretty great for cameras and things if you ever want/need them.

We have a meeting with the structured wiring team in a couple of weeks. I don't want to go crazy but... Yes... I'd like to have conduit run to the eves somewhere as well as a wired front doorbell.

oh yea conduit would be amazing so you could upgrade it down the road too. I would also run a conduit in the wall where you are going to have a TV so you don't see any wires.

Oh, yea, but I think the house comes with that. I guarantee you it won't be in the right place for the big TV, tho. We will have to figure that out later.

I am very happy with their service department. They are always polite to me and let me explain my concerns without forcing services on me. Helps that it is close to home.
