I 1st learned of this argument from my Dad. I was often told I was wasting my money (compact discs). This coming from a guy who spent tons of money on cigarettes, golf balls, golf tees, golf gloves, golf shoes, golf clubs, range fees, etc. OK

That thing would need about 20 of those.

 

I used to play with rocket engines a lot as a kid. We'd send big diecast cars down the road with these engines and stuff. Caught the woods on fire and that ended that...

We didn't want to "waste money" on the proper igniter (we can get 6 more engines instead logic) with the long cord, so we just held a 9-volt directly to the leads until ignition. I got a really bad burn from one going up my leg once. It diverted at my knee, thankfully. That would have been disastrous if it went up my shorts.

 

I always wanted to get into that. When I was in high school we drew up all these ideas about making are own rpg's using those and the electronic igniter..

 

 

It would basically be just like the bazooka without an explosive warhead

 

Sounds like a good way to come to the attention of the ATF.
