That, too. I slept like the dead last night but I woke up this morning still tired. I hate it when that happens.

 

I'm either waking up hungry in the middle of the night a lot now or I have bad heartburn every night now... I hate going to the doctor as they never seem to know anything. Here take this pill that the drug rep wants me to push since I'm staying at this place in Bora Bora for 2 weeks in July. Solves nothing.

 

I'm the last person to say anything about going / not going to doctors. I refuse to go see them even when I am just about certain they could help me.

 

 

I suffered with that crap for wayyy too long because I was dumb and didn't go to the doctor. Turns out it was acid doing a lot of damage. Tums/pepcid etc didn't do jack but the prilosec/nexium type pills (proton pump inhibitors) totally fixed it. There are a bunch of types so you could always use the one they don't get the kickback from
