I was so tired when I got home yesterday that I was no-joke "non-functional." I had dinner around 7:30 and was in bed well before 9 and stayed there for a full eight hours. Slept like the dead, too. I feel marginally better this morning but I still need more sleep. That travel schedule really eff'd me up this time.
