I actually can't argue with this but I have a big problem with the quality of the work. The guys we hired to do our deck did a great job but I have found some places where they missed the joists when the screwed down the decking. That's not really cool... Something like paint where I am going to see it every day. If they eff that up, it will make me INSANE.

We are going with someone referred by friends who we've seen the work.
