My dad and I have painted my entire apartment less one bedroom in 4 days. Two coats and lots of trim work.

Ceiling trim we did by hand with no tape. It was quicker and easier than taping the damn thing

Also, I like drywall work.
oh i know HOW to paint.

that's why i don't LIKE to paint

For me, that would be wrenching or building.

I bought a paint gun, in which i used to paint the garage that came out bad ass. But the paint gun made life easy.

To me, painting is like the same level of washing and detailing a car. And, I seriously dislike detailing cars. I just like clean cars so I'll do it. just like this painting crap. I want a nice looking room. just not looking fwd to doing it.

I hardly ever tape--only if I have two walls coming together with contrasting colors. Learn to cut by hand, it will pay off in the end.

Oh yeah, I will tape the hardwood floors if I am doing trim work. But everything else, like Alex's sex life, is manual.

i do know how to cut by hand, hence what i said about ceiling. however, i did not want to risk it and had access to tape and paper for free.

If you know how to cut, where is the risk?

anal retentive engineer is anal retentive.

safety factor must be at least 1.5 for execution or else there is a risk of failure and loss of life!
