You do realize that Daylight Saving is about you not using energy for lights, right?

There is a person who commutes through western Loudoun County about the same time I do each day. I have encountered this person a few times. Why have I noticed them and remembered them?
BECAUSE THEY INSIST ON DRIVING 15 TO 20 MILES AN HOUR UNDER THE SPEED LIMIT.
x eleventy billion.

And yes, I got stuck behind them again today. Gold Ford Festiva. No idea on gender or age - just too dark to tell. But I can tell you that they do not give a crap about their fellow commuter. The line of cars that builds up behind this person is impressive.

There's this invention called multi-lane highways. They are super useful.

I totally agree... Route 7 is three lanes in each direction and, at the hour that I commute, really isn't all that bad. The above mentioned HORROR is on Route 9 - the two-lane surface street that winds its way across the western half of Loudoun. I have to use it. There is no other way for me to get out.
